Leaders in Business has grown to become a one-stop-shop for a number of UK PLC’s most critical sectors, providing a wide range of funded apprenticeships and short course, workforce development programmes, at client locations nationwide.
We work with large national and small local sector businesses, individuals looking for self-improvement and development, and have contracts with many public sector organisations.
We combine our experience and pedigree within the sectors with our in-depth knowledge of government funding, a passion for learning and development to design and deliver a range of high quality and innovative blended learning programmes that address the skills, knowledge, and behaviours deficits within the sector.

Sara Goldie
Managing Director
Sara was appointed Managing Director in January 2020 to take charge of Leaders in Business day to day operations at a senior and strategic level.
As Managing Director, Sara’ s responsibilities are to ensure that the company grows and operate profitably. Alongside ensuring that LIB continues to help employers increase the effectiveness and profitability of their staff, and that it develops learners’ personal, economic and social status through the delivery of relevant, valued apprenticeships.
Sara has over 25 years’ experience in the training sector as a senior director with a strong track record of delivering results within the apprenticeship and Welfare to Work sectors.
Sara started her working life in the hospitality sector as a Hotel Industry Training Board trainee, the fore runner of apprenticeship programmes we have today.
